Cancellation Policy:

As a courtesy to our clients we require at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Credit card details are required to secure any booking online via 20% paid deposit. Timely uses secure card storing software to ensure your information and card details are safe. Online firewalls are in place to make sure that scammers cannot have access to any of your information and Timely comply with a set of international regulations for credit card data called PCI DSS. Failure to attend a booked appointment or give the required 24 hours notice will mean loss of your deposit and/or a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost. This also includes no shows.

If you make a cancellation or reschedule your appointment outside of the 24 hours prior we will transfer your deposit to a credit on file that can be used for a future booking.

If you arrive late to your appointment we will endeavour to complete your service in the remaining time available to respect our next clients scheduled time. We respect and value all our clients time so if we are unable to complete the service in the remaining time we will need to reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be deducted.

Bookings:

All available booking times can be seen on our live booking system online via the Book Now page.

Walk in’s are also welcome but please note there will be a “treatment’s in progress” sign at the reception desk if we are busy. You are more than welcome to have a seat in the reception area and wait otherwise please send us an email or text message with your enquiry details.

When we are with clients we are not able to answer the phone or respond to emails immediately, please be patient with us and if there are any urgent matters please email or text us with “Urgent” as the heading. We aim to respond to all emails and texts as promptly as possible but please allow for up to 24 hours for replies.

If you haven’t heard from us within 24 hours please send a follow up enquiry incase the email has been sent to our junk folder by mistake.

 

Waitlist:

Can’t see availability for the date or time you are after? Feel free to add yourself to our waitlist via the online booking system or alternatively send us an email or text message with your preferences and we will be in touch if that time becomes available.

 

Gift Vouchers:

We sell both physical and electronic gift vouchers. Please email us your enquiry if you wish to set up a collection from the studio for a physical gift voucher with the details of who the gift voucher is for, the amount or service you wish to gift and any message you wish to include on it.

Vouchers can be redeemed when booking services online or in the studio.

Voucher are valid until the specified expiry date on the voucher (12 months from purchase date) and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.

Central Skin Studio is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift vouchers, however we can access your voucher through our system so please get in touch if you are no longer able to find the voucher number.

Central Skin Studio is also not responsible for replacing a voucher that had been lost or stolen. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

 

Studio Arrival Notes:

Please arrive on time to your appointments, we have seating in the reception area for you to wait comfortably. Please help your self to a glass of water and any of our reading materials/brain activity books. The bathroom is located down the hallway at the back of the studio to the left of the staircase.

At Central Skin Studio we aim to provide a welcoming and relaxing environment for all of our clients. Please ensure that you have put your phone onto silent and turn the volume down and speak softly while you wait, thank you.

Payment:

We accept cash, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard (any PayWave, Visa and Mastercard payments will have a 2.85% surcharge)

You may also opt to pay via bank transfer, the account details are available upon request. (proof of payment will be required).

Currently we are working on setting up an Afterpay/Laybuy option and will let you know once that is available.

All prices are in NZD.

Parking:

We do not have any private car parking however there are plenty of public car parks right out front and on Shannon Street by Pioneer Park playground a short walk across the road.
